Energy Boosting Matcha Green Tea Latte

As a new momma or a mom-to-be you learn a new definition to the word exhausted. I struggled during pregnancy and the first weeks with my son to find a drink that would help boost my energy without being packed with caffeine and harmful chemicals. I found my answer with this delicious and energizing Matcha Green Tea Latte.

Matcha Tea is full of antioxidants and is a natural immunity and mood boater. Not to mention this recipe features almond milk which is rich in calcium- good news for any new momma!

I like to quadruple the recipe and keep a pitcher in my fridge for when I get home from work and need a boost of energy to get everyone ready for the next day. I suggest finding your Matcha powder at Bulk Nation- such great prices and you can get a much larger quantity.

Energy Boosting Green Tea Latte

4oz Almond Milk

4oz Water

1 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder

1/2 Tbsp Agave Nectar

1/4 tsp Lime Juice

Blend all ingredients together to make sure the Matcha is smooth and serve over ice or chill in the fridge.
